Be careful what you ask for……

by Dee Harrison

As part of the life transition I am experiencing, I need to find a new place to live.

I’ve not had a great deal of luck in finding somewhere suitable.

Two nights ago I made a request of god/the universe/my higher self to find me the perfect accommodation which would then allow me to get on and do whatever I have come here to do.

Yesterday morning, the first email I received was from a friend who had found the perfect house BUT it was more than twice my budget. Whichever way I looked at it, it would have been irresponsible to take it on.

So last night I made the same request but added the detail of what I could reasonably afford to pay!

This morning, there was no email. which was disappointing as expectations had been raised! BUT this afternoon I had a phone call out of the blue from someone I know only through internet circles and have met just once. She has a house I can rent for 6 months, at a rent I can afford in an area which is perfect.

The moral to this tale? Make your requests, but do be clear – it will save wasting time :-)

Fingers crossed that all now goes to plan.
